With the support of UNDP, within the Joint UN Program "Leave No One Behind" LNB2, which is financed by the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC), we had the opportunity to implement for 12 month the "Voice That Brings Change" project, which aimed to empower the parents of 40 children with disabilities in the age group of 0-8 years, in defense of the rights of their children and to advocate for the implementation of these rights in the institutions public childcare, education or other services. 48 parents of children with disabilities have been empowered, supported and informed about their children's rights and how they seek them, making the project meet the expectations of the intended result. Throughout the entire project period, 3 children were enrolled in daycare centers, 18 children in kindergartens and 12 children in public schools. We also produced one of the most valuable products of our work over the years, the Guide for Parents, which will serve as an informative guide on the Inclusion of children/youth with disabilities with full rights in Albanian society.
