Since March 2025, we have embarked on our latest 12-month journey with the HAP Project – Network for Skills and Employment!
The HAP Project aims to build a network that supports unemployed individuals with special needs by offering professional training, mentorship from trained job coaches, and connections with employers who promote social inclusion, ultimately achieving successful employment outcomes in the municipalities of Tirana and Shijak.
The project creates a collaboration triangle between:🔸 Young people with special needs seeking inclusive employment.🔸 Job coaches and mentors guiding them through this process.🔸 Businesses creating job opportunities and committing to inclusion.
📌 The “HAP – Network for Skills and Employment” project, implemented by Jonathan Center in Albania in partnership with Special Needs Albania, is carried out within the framework of the “EU for Labor Market Inclusion” (EU4LMI) project, funded by the European Union and implemented by UNDP Albania, the Swedish Public Employment Service, and ADRF, in collaboration with the National Employment and Skills Agency.
