Oreada completed her university studies in 1999 for Finance-Accounting at the University of Tirana. She then attended 2 years of studies at the Center for Christian Leadership in Tirana where she began her first job in administration, teaching, and mentoring. From 2005 to 2014, she worked at Raiffeisen Bank Albania in various sectors such as Loan Administration or Project Analysis and Management at department, division and corporate levels. Since 2008, she has founded and directed the Jonathan Center with the aim of enabling the community with special needs in Albania, especially those with Down Syndrome, to live with dignity and reach their maximum potential. Since 2011, she has led the evangelical church ICF Tirana with her husband, Altin, as well as a number of projects and initiatives in the country.
