The Jonathan Center implemented the HUG (Hire to Understand & Grow) project, supported by the Global Down Syndrome Foundation, an initiative to promote the long-term employment of individuals with special needs. The project focused on building a job coaching program, where a professional coach helped young people develop professional skills, prepare for the labor market, and integrate sustainably into the workplace.







As a result, the project managed to:
It offered professional guidance and practical support to young people.
It improved the skills and independence of participants in the professional environment.
Promoted the inclusion and integration of individuals with special needs in the labor market.
The project was implemented during the period April – September 2024.
